There are so many reasons. These may help -

Use size ratio 1:1 (example 500x500).

Don't use 3rd party website as it's banned now. But put your owned domain website.

And also make your discord and the link of discord must not be expiring one. Make sure it'll not expire.

Put all important links.

Put the description including price and collection item numbers.

Which 3d app is easy to use for making nft?

Making 3D works is not easy on mobile but you can use d3D, SDF 3d, sculpt + and onshape.

How do I make my NFTs and which apps I'm using for it?

I use coding for my NFTs so I use anWRITER app but it's only a notepad type app like a coder app, it's not a nft maker. Also I use Canva, Pics-art, Pixel-lab, Chrome, az-recorder and kinemaster.
